Date QUESTION -Include Reference (Sect/Para/Page) GOVERNMENT RESPONSE

1/13/2025 Response to Q3, Amendment 0001 We have one more question for "Additional facilities, structures and equipment" in Service Orders. In general, the construction prime contractor provides one-year warranty of newly installed facilities after completion of construction. During the warranty period, will service equivalent to the Service Orders be provided by the construction prime contractor?

The warranty details are relevant to each construction contract. Typically, a warranty work is perfomed by the construction contractor as long as preventive maintenance is being done. Government will pursue work under warranty but may have to issue service orders under this maintenance contract as necessary.
