21 N/A (For Automatic
Sliding Door)
When we all see the number of existing automatic door, about 70% of them are manufactured by NABCO. As one of their characteristics, they are a very exclusive company, and they do not supply parts to other companies in the same industry for maintenance. Their method of inspection is also that allows only their original controller to inspect the manufacturer's guidelines.
According to Spec Item 3.2.2, inspection is required based on the manufacturer's standards.
Therefore, when it comes to automatic doors, NABCO is almost the only choice of cooperating company.
In order to execute the principle of fair and appropriate bidding competition, we intend to participate in bidding with our partner vendor, Nakanihon Auto Door.
As a measure, in order to perform the maintenance for all existing products, we would like to change the model to the main mechanism manufactured by Nakanihon Auto Door, so it can be the standard.
Regarding inspections, in order to develop stable services for both NABCO's product and product made by other companies, we will perform by inspecting Nakanihon Auto Door standards, and when maintenance is required, we will sequentially change models to our vendor’s product within our bid amount. (If the assessment exceeds 100,000 yen, it will be charged separately by non-recurring / IDIQ) We would like to participate in the bidding with this logic, if this is acceptable.
In our estimation, we will provide quality services at a lower price than any other bidding companies.
Thank you for your consideration.
Please see 1502000, Spec Item 2.3.1 Workmanship and Material Standards and Spec Item 3.2 Preventive Maintenance (PM) Program.
If the current existing automatic sliding doors are to be replaced in order to perform preventative maintenance (not due to repairs required discovered during maintenance), then the initial replacement shall be part of the recurring work proposal.

All other terms and conditions of this solicitation remains the same.
