SUMMARY OF CHANGES

SECTION SF 30 - BLOCK 14 CONTINUATION PAGE (SF 30)

The following have been added by full text:

AMENDMENT 0007

The purpose of this amendment is to provide answers to submitted pre-bid inquiries as follows:

Question No.

QUESTION GOVERNMENT RESPONSE

Within clause 52.228-1 Bid Guarantee(c) it is stated that the "amount of the bid guarantee shall be 20 percent of the bid price or

$4,147,800 SGD / $3,000,000 USD

(FY22 Budget Exchage Rate

$1.3826 SGD / $1 USD),

whichever is less.-". We would like to ask if possible same with performance bond if can review the mentioned requirement to 5 to 10% of bid project value as bid bond? , as for Singapore it is not a common practice to provide bid bond.

For purposes of this solicitation, the bid guarantee percentage will be reduced to align with the performance bond requirement. As such, FAR clause 52.228-1 BID GUARANTEE(c) will be updated to:

"(c) The amount of the bid guarantee shall be 10 percent of the bid price or $4,147,800 SGD / $3,000,000 USD (FY22 Budget Exchange Rate $1.3826 SGD / $1 USD), whichever is less."

All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
