About this file
This amendment modifies a solicitation for facility support services at Naval Air Station Patuxent River in Maryland. The services required include custodial services, pest control, grounds maintenance and landscaping, pavement clearance, and transportation services. The amendment finalizes details for a mandatory two-day site visit on February 3-4, 2020 and provides instructions for contractors participating. The site visit will include a pre-proposal conference and tours of facilities. The amendment requires contractors to register for the site visit by January 29 by submitting base access forms and attendee information. The solicitation is currently in draft form and designated as a total small business set-aside for NAICS code 561210 with a size standard of $41.5 million. The performance period will be for facility support services through an IDIQ contract awarded by the Naval Facilities Engineering Command.
