WORK REQUIREMENTS

With the authorized signature below, Offeror hereby certifies the following:

� Offeror is listed in the Official Register of Construction Contractors at the Greece Ministry of Economy and Finance and Offeror possesses the appropriate classifications applicable to the type of project to be performed, which are listed in the Request for Proposals, Section 00 21 16.

� Offeror is a Non-Greek offeror residing in another European Union country that obtained accreditation of its capacity to work through its parent country’s Mercantile/Industrial Official Registry.

� Offeror is a Non-EU contractor and it accredited its capacity to work through certification issued by its respective Greek Permanent Diplomatic Mission or Consular Office.
