About this file
This document is the Safety Data Sheet/Safety Narrative for a federal contract opportunity. It requires the offeror to provide information on their safety management system, including details on their DART (Days Away, Restricted, or Transferred) rates and Total Case Rates (TCR) for the past 5 years. The offeror must also explain any extenuating circumstances or corrective actions related to high DART/TCR rates, as well as describe their technical approach for implementing and executing a safety management system. Additionally, the offeror must outline their process for selecting and overseeing safety compliance of subcontractors. This information is required as part of the submission for the Souda Bay IDIQ MACC solicitation, which is a multiple award construction contract to execute sustainment, restoration, and modernization projects for the Department of the Navy Naval Facilities Engineering Command.
