About this file

This is a Basic Pricing Data template file for the Time Charter of Passenger Transfer Vessel solicitation N3220526R6057. The file serves as a pricing template for vendors submitting offers to charter a Jones Act qualified, U.S.-flag passenger transfer vessel to support the Commander, Submarine Force, U.S. Pacific Fleet, near Pearl Harbor, Hawaii. The anticipated charter period (lay days) runs from October 24, 2026, through February 15, 2027. Vendors are required to complete this pricing template as part of their proposal submission to establish the time charter rates and associated costs for vessel services during the specified operational period.

This attachment is part of the broader RFP N3220526R6057 issued by the Department of the Navy Military Sealift Command and was subject to Amendment 0001 effective July 21, 2026, which included revisions to the pricing attachment. Vendors should reference the completed pricing data template along with all other required RFP documentation and attachments when submitting their formal offer, ensuring alignment with the amended requirements and specifications outlined in the solicitation materials.
