About this file
This is a Questions and Responses document (Amendment 0001) for Solicitation N0060426Q4107, a Navy RFQ for certified Avaya training services.
The document addresses two key inquiries from potential bidders. The first question concerns quote submission routing procedures for vendors new to SAM bidding, with the response directing bidders to refer to Attachment (1) Combined Synopsis/Solicitation, specifically the "Quote Submittal" section for required routing information. The second question addresses contractor qualification requirements and performance schedule, clarifying that the prime contractor must be an authorized provider of certified Avaya training courses and must maintain active authorization throughout the delivery period; subcontracting the training delivery to an authorized Avaya training provider does not satisfy this requirement. The response confirms the performance schedule is 30 days After Receipt of Order (ARO), as stated in the solicitation and Statement of Work.
