About this file
This document contains instructions for completing an attachment to a solicitation for laboratory support services. The Naval Air Systems Command is seeking proposals for engineering, technical, and support services for several simulation laboratories operated by the 5.4.3 Integrated Battlespace Simulation and Test division. The laboratories are used for research and development, system development support, flight test support, and life-cycle operational support including system enhancements, procedure refinement, and accident investigations. They also conduct simulation initiatives, verification and validation activities, and hardware-in-the-loop research and development testing and evaluation. The attachment template included in the document outlines the data required to be submitted by offerors, including offeror name, proposed labor categories, individual designators for proposed personnel, and proposed annual fully burdened labor rates by category and individual for the base year and four option years. Questions regarding the draft solicitation are to be submitted by email to the points of contact provided by January 14, 2019, with the final RFP anticipated to be released later that month.
