About this file
This attachment provides instructions for completing a template to propose fully burdened annual labor rates for various labor categories in response to solicitation N00421-18-R-0035 for laboratory support services. The rates must include fringe benefits, overhead, general and administrative costs, and fee and be rounded to the nearest cent.
