ACETEF RFP Question and Answers for Amendment 0006
54. Question in regards to the AIR 5.4.3 effort; page count descriptions for ACETEF allow for a summary of staffing prior to the key resumes and AIR 5.4.3 RFP seems to call for resumes only, no summary prior. Please clarify.
ANSWER: Please see question 55.
55. Question in regards to the Section L Personnel and Staffing: The most recent answer provided today to question #54 states “The RFP allows Offerors 3 pages for each of the 11 required key resumes plus 15 pages allowed for Personnel and Staffing which is a total of 48 pages.” The answer to question #25 states that “The verbiage “workforce and” will be deleted from the evaluation requirement since the evaluation is only for key personnel.” These two answers appear to be conflicting of one another. The answer to Question 54 suggests that 15 pages are required for a summary of personnel and workforce, however, in accordance to the answer of question 25, Offerors are not going to be evaluated on the 15 page summary of workforce and personnel, only the key resumes. Can the government please clarify as to what they are wanting Offerors to provide in the 15 page summary, and what will be the evaluation criteria for the 15 pages?
ANSWER: The Government has made a re-determination that key resumes are only being asked for and no 15 page summary is required or will be evaluated under Section L Personnel and Staffing.
Please disregard the answer that was given to question 54 on 28 December 2015. The answer to question 55 applies to question 54 as well.
56. Will the Government be providing a conformed copy of the RFP to include all amendment changes?
ANSWER: Yes.
