Under both methods, a task description will accompany the task order defining specifics of the task. For example, all task orders requiring delivery of TM Issues (i.e., Basic, Revision, Change, Rapid
Action Change (RAC), Interim Rapid Action Change (IRAC) or Change Notice) shall be described in a TMCR included in the task order. The types of TMs included in the Naval Aviation inventory include, but are not limited to, those listed in Attachment 3 (Technical Manual Types). Task orders for technical manuals may require use of a combination of fixed-price and CPFF CLINs. The fixed-price efforts are described in
Attachment (4).
