About this file

This document is a Standard Form 30 Amendment of Solicitation/Modification of Contract for the Naval Undersea Warfare Center's solicitation N0025325Q0014. The amendment extends the proposal response date from 16-Jul-2025 02:00 PM to 18-Jul-2025 11:00 AM and provides clarifications regarding a UPS head unit installation project. Key updates include answers to potential proposer inquiries about replacing existing UPS units, testing responsibilities, disposal requirements, installation details, and scheduling. The government anticipates new UPS head units will be delivered in mid-September 2025, with work to be completed after hours or on weekends, and individual UPS units to be replaced separately starting with the unit on the north wall.

The amendment also updates the Exhibit/Attachment Table of Contents, specifically modifying Attachment 2's date from 12-JUN-2025 to 09-JUL-2025. The solicitation remains a 100% small business set-aside for electrical contractor services at NUWC Keyport, WA, with an estimated contract value between $75,000 and $150,000. The target award date is August 11, 2025, using the NAICS code 238210 and Product Service Code Z2AZ for repair and alteration of administrative facilities.
