About this file
The file is a Safety Data Sheet (SDS) for a federal contract opportunity related to electrical work at Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division (NUWC) Keyport. The document requires offerors to provide detailed safety information, including OSHA Days Away from Work, Restricted Duty, or Job Transfer (DART) rates and Total Recordable Case (TCR) rates for the past five calendar years. Contractors must explain any negative safety trends and provide a comprehensive safety narrative describing their Safety Management System, subcontractor selection process, and safety compliance oversight.
The associated federal contract opportunity involves removing and replacing two UPS power heads at Building 1003 in Keyport, WA. The solicitation (N0025325Q0014) is a 100% small business set-aside with an estimated value between $75,000 and $150,000. The target award date is August 11, 2025, and the contract will be a firm fixed-price construction type. The project falls under NAICS code 238210 for Electrical Contractors, with a small business size standard of $19.0 Million. The solicitation will be evaluated using Low Price Technically Acceptable factors, and an organized site visit is included in the requirements.
