The solicitation seeks custodial and janitorial services for a facility totaling approximately 155,000 square feet of cleanable area, comprised of 128,000 square feet of office space and 27,000 square feet of training space, including 25 restrooms, 2 locker rooms, and 2 kitchen break areas. Services must be performed Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with periodic specialized tasks such as carpet shampooing, floor stripping/waxing, buffing, and window cleaning to be coordinated with the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR). The incumbent contractor is Titan Facility Services LLC under contract N4008525F4229; pricing information for the current contract will not be disclosed.
This is a 100% Total Small Business Set Aside, and funds are available for award. Custodial supplies will be billed under a separate cost-no-fee CLIN based on the contractor's determination of acceptable annual costs, with extension options available. Historically, the building has been supported by 2-4 employees as part of a larger multi-building contract. The contractor must provide all consumable supplies including toilet paper, hand soap, cleaning supplies, trash liners, and urinal cakes, which will be cost-reimbursed. A mandatory site visit is required to obtain building occupancy data and additional information regarding chemical approvals, janitorial closets, storage, and waste disposal procedures. Standard commercial insurance practices apply. CMMC certification is not required at award but security clearance procedures will be handled post-award by the security department in conjunction with the COR to grant facility access.
