About this file

This is a Questions and Answers document for solicitation N0018926QW220.

The document addresses six key clarifications regarding the solicitation requirements. Classified information safeguarding will occur exclusively at government locations, with contractors bearing no responsibility for safeguarding classified materials at contractor-owned or leased facilities. Past performance requirements have been clarified to require experience within five years of the solicitation closing date, with the solicitation amended to remove conflicting three-year language. Prime contractors are permitted to utilize established Joint Venture entities as subcontractors. The acquisition is set-aside for women-owned small business concerns under FAR clause 52.219-30, making questions regarding 8(a) Tribal entities ineligible. The submission structure has been clarified with Volume I addressing Facility Clearance (Factor I), Volume II addressing Staffing Approach (Factor II), Volume III addressing Past Performance (Factor III), and Volume IV addressing Price (Factor IV). All quotation pages must include the legend "Source Selection Information FAR 2.101 and FAR 3.104."
