Questions and Answers regarding solicitation N0018926QL411:

1. PoP starts 9/30, offers close 9/16 - is that start date firm given background investigation and DBIDS access lead times?

- Due to the use of FY26 funding, the period of performance must begin on 9/30/2026.

2. The Wage Determination (Attachment 01) only lists HVAC Mechanic and Grounds Maintenance Laborer categories. Will remediation/duct cleaning labor categories be conformed separately?

- The Wage Determination found (Attachment 01) lists all the labor categories associated with Wage Determination No.: 2015-4341. The government does not dictate labor mix in a firm fixed-price environment. Vendors shall submit the labor mix that they believe is required to best complete the tasks set forth within the PWS
