About this file
This is a Questions and Answers document for a federal solicitation that does not address specific products or services in detail. The document responds to five inquiries submitted by potential offerors regarding Solicitation No. N0018926QL016 for EOD GRU2 Local Civilian Range Support.
The Government clarified that separate Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs 0014 and 1014) have been added to capture costs associated with wood solid-core doors, with the requirement specifying up to fifty-six (56) interior/exterior wood doors with deadbolts. The Government also removed two clauses determined to be inapplicable to the contract: FAR 52.222-42 (Statement of Equivalent Rates for Federal Hires), as there is no contractor-provided labor, and supplemental clause 204-9400 (Contractor Unclassified Access to Federally Controlled Facilities), as the work will be performed at the offeror's facility with no contractor access to federally controlled facilities or sensitive information. Additionally, the Government extended the solicitation deadline to 3/11/2026 at 12:00 PM to allow offerors sufficient time to obtain competitive pricing for training items.
