ROTHR O&M HISTORICAL DATA
The following information provides examples of preventative maintenance and corrective repair work performed during a twelve-month period under the ROTHR O&M contract N00189-11-C-Z038.
The intent is to give an estimation of what the types of work performed and how much of it was performed. There are additional miscellaneous items under each area below that are difficult to capture and list individually but this contains the majority.
1. Total Maintenance Actions Completed: 10,252
a. 8,911 total PM Checks completed totaling 19,171 hours.
b. Highlights:
i. “As Required” 2,491 Checks completed totaling 4812 hours.
ii. “Vegetation Control” 341 Checks completed totaling 3428 hours.
2. Corrective Maintenance (repair actions)
a. 1,199 Repair actions completed totaling 5121 hours.
b. 125 System Upgrades.
c. 17 Testing/Calibration.
d. Highlights:
i. Corrosion Control actions 28 completed totaling 196 hours.
