About this file

This document is a Standard Form 30 Amendment of Solicitation/Modification of Contract for a Navy Expeditionary Combat Command requirement for Oxygen Cylinder Hydro-Static Testing and Filling services. The amendment removes all previous regulator-related Contract Line Items (CLINs) and changes the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code from 325120 to 811210. The base period is from 22 September 2025 to 21 September 2026, with four additional one-year option periods through 21 September 2030.

The Performance Work Statement outlines the requirement for the Medical Central Issue Facility (MEDCIF) to have approximately 850 oxygen canisters hydrostatically tested annually. The vendor will be responsible for testing the canisters, affixing a sticker indicating the test date, and potentially filling the canisters if requested through a separate contract modification. The testing will occur quarterly, with an estimated 212 canisters inspected per option period. The service will be performed at the Naval Weapon Station, Cheatham Annex in Williamsburg, VA, with strict security requirements for contractor personnel and equipment.
