About this file

This is a staffing plan template for federal contract proposals submitted in response to Solicitation N0017826R3000 for Shipboard Sensor Support. The template establishes the required format and data fields that offerors must use when submitting their proposed staffing plans. The template requires offerors to organize staffing information by task area and labor category, and to include the following information for each proposed staff member: company name, contract or task order labor category, company labor category, eCraft labor category, SOW task area supported, work location, proposed labor hours for the base year and each option year (Years 1-4), percentage of time dedicated to the contract, years of relevant experience, highest education degree attained, degree area, security clearance level, citizenship, certifications, and any additional notes. Key personnel must be prefaced with "Key -" and contingent hires must be prefaced with "Contingent -" in their names. Non-key positions without identified personnel should be designated as "TBD," and "TBD" may also be used for labor hours associated with surge or special study line items.
