Multiple Eaton divisions, as well as all other valve distributors at contractor’s disposal, have been contacted attempting to obtain a Quote.

One distributor (Eaton Aerospace Group Fuel and Motion Control Systems Division), has responded with the following:

“One unit is going to be approximately $160K. We have not made this since 2015 and it would need a producibility study also. This takes a few engineers and a couple of months. Not sure what the lead-time would be but probably around 300 days. They will probably want a minimum buy of

5. Can you use 5 units?”

Contractor does not intend to purchase 5 valves at approximately $800K, to provide one for this Work Item.

Please provide either:

A vendor/POC for this valve, Direction or Errata to replace with a different/readily available valve, Or provide it as GFM.
