NOTE A - Offeror shall complete the "Price Group" and "Estimated Total Price" blocks of each data item on the Contract Data Requirements List(s), attached hereto.
CLAUSES INCORPORATED BY FULL TEXT
NOTE B - Option item to which the option clause in SECTION 1-2 applies and which is to be supplied only if and to the extent said option is exercised.
NOTEC
NOTE C - The Govenunent may unilaterally exercise a given line item more than once, prior to the latest option exercise date identified in clause 52.217-7 (Section I, herein) for that item and up to the total quantity of the item. If an option item is exercised more than once, the unit price for that item shall be modified to reflect the appropriate stepladder unit price for the entire quantity pmchased for that item. Exercising options will only result in quantity increase for given line items. The following hypothetical example illustrates how pricing will be adjusted if a given line item is unilaterally exercised more than once:
CLIN 0000 Stepladder Qty Unit Price 100 - 200 $150 201 - 300 $120 301 - 400 $100
N00024-14-R-5352
First exercise of option CLIN 0000: quantity of 150 at a unit price of$150 each for an extended price of$22,500 (= 150*$150) fimded on SLIN OOOOAA.
Second exercise of option CLIN 0000: quantity of 200. The second exercised quantity of200 plus the first exercised quantity of 150 equates to 350 in total for CLIN 0000. The unit price for 350 units is $100, thereby making the extended total price $35,000 (=350*$100). Since $22,500 had hypothetically been fimded on SLIN OOOOAA, the balance for the total of350 units under CLIN 0000 is $12,500 (=$35,000-$12,500).
SLIN OOOOAB will be created to fimd the $12,500 balance for a quantity of200. Therefore, the unit price for SLIN OOOOAA would be $1 50, and the unit price for SLIN OOOOAB would be $62.50.
NOTE D (STEPS)
NOTE D- Stepladder pricing for CLINs 0001, 0100, 0200, 0300, and 0400 is in the table below. Pricing utilized at basic contract award or option exercise shall be based on the pricing established in the table below.
While the table below details a price for each possible quantity, the offeror may propose the same price for multiple quantities . At award, the infromation below shall be populated into the Section B CLIN descriptions by way of step ladder quantities and f01matted as such. The fmal quantity price shall be in accordance with Section B, Note C. The Contractor shall bill only at the fmal unit price.

(b) This agreement to waive entitlement to residual dollar amormts has been considered by both parties. It is agreed that the administrative costs for either party associated with collecting such small dollar amormts could exceed the amormt to be recovered.

HQ B-2-0017 REFUNDS (SPARES AND SUPPORT EQUIPMENT) (NA VSEA) (SEP 1990)
(a) In the event that the price of a spare part or item of support equipment delivered under this contract significantly exceeds its intrinsic value, the Contractor agrees to refimd the difference. Refimds will only be made for the difference between the intrinsic value of the item at the time an agreement on price was reached and the contract price. Refimds will not be made to recoup the amount of cost decreases that occm over time due to productivity gains (beyond econornic pmchase quantity considerations) or changes in market conditions.
(b) For pmposes of this requirement, the intrinsic value of an item is defmed as follows:

(2) If there is no comparable item sold in substantial quantities to the general public, intrinsic value is defmed as the price an individual would expect to pay for the item based upon an economic pmchase quantity as defined in FAR 52.207-4, plus the value of any unique requirements, including delivery terms, inspection, packaging or labeling.
(c) At any time up to two years after delivery of a spare part or item of support equipment, the Contracting Officer may notify th e Contractor that based on all information available at the ti.tne of the notice, the price of the part or item apparently exceeds its intrinsic value.

Upon retum of the item to its original point of Govemment acceptance, the Contractor shall refund in full the price paid. If no agreement pmsuant to paragraph (d) above is reached, and retmn of the item by the Navy is impractical, the Contracting Officer may, with the approval of the Head of the Contracting Activity, issue a Contracting Officer's fmal decision on the matter, subject to Contractor appeal as provided in the "DISPUTES" clause (FAR 52.233-1) .
(f) The Contractor will make refunds, as requi.t·ed under this requirement, in accordance with instructions from the Contracting Officer.
(g) The Contractor shall not be liable for a refund if the Contractor advised the Contracting Officer in a timely manner that the price it would propose for a spare part or item of support equipment exceeded its intrinsic value, and with such advice, specified the estimated proposed price, the estimated intrinsic value and known altemative somces or item, if any, that can meet the requi.t·ement.
(h) This requirement does not apply to any spare parts or items of supp01t equipment whose price is detennined through adequate price competition. This requirement also does not apply to any spare pa1t or item of support equipment with a unit price in excess of $1 00,000; or in excess of $25,000 if the Contractor submitted, and cett ified the cun·ency, accmacy and completeness of, cost or pricing data applicable to the item.
HQ B-2-0020 TRAVEL COSTS - ALTERNATE I (NAVSEA) (DEC 2005)
