Common Question No.Date PostedRFP REFERENCE/DISCUSSION (if necessary)QUESTIONNAVSEA RESPONSE
A00559/26/13Common Question No. A0018 within 20130609_BQResponse_(A0001-A0054).xlsx, and RFP: Section C- Page 53, Section 3.8.2In response to question no. A0018, the government states, "the contractor R&M personnel shall also support all formal and informal meetings, design reviews, working groups, and Product Oriented Surveys to the extent necessary to conduct the R&M Program in accordance with the contractual milestones and T&M requirements." The CLIN for which these costs are associated is FFP, therefore, in order for a contractor to provide a FFP for same, a specific number of each requirement is necessary. Please confirm it is the intent of the government not to change the CLIN structure to CPFF for this undefined requirement in order to accommodate a specific number for each to maintain a FFP CLIN. We will anticipate an Amendment to the RFP delineating the specific number for each meeting, review, working group, and survey, as required under a FFP CLIN.Concur. Section C, paragraph 3.8.2 has been restated: "3.8.2 Program Review. The Contractor shall conduct, participate in and prepare for R&M program reviews on an annual basis. Agenda shall be provided five calendar days in advance of each review to provide adequate coverage of topics and participant preparation." Solicitation has been amended.

Attachment A has been amended". However, CDRL A013 provided in Attachment A states " A draft copy is due NLT 45 Calendar days after Contract Award" Our assumption is the CDRL takes precedence over the NAVSEA response. Please confirm which has precedence. The CDRL will take precendence and the CDRL will be due 45 days after contract award.

Please clarify.Offerors shall provide supporting pricing data minus the lower level End of Life (EOL) subassemblies
