Aerial adulticiding for mosquito control activities in the State of Connecticut

GENERAL BID TERMS AND CONDITIONS

SCOPE: This bid covers the requirements of the Department of Energy and Environmental Protection (DEEP), for aerial application of pesticides for mosquito control. The Contractor shall apply by fixed-wing aerial application to some portions of the State of Connecticut a DEEP-approved Ultra Low Volume (ULV) adulticide to control adult mosquitoes. Aerial adulticiding will be per acre. The areas to be treated will be determined by the Mosquito Management Program (MMP). The product of choice shall be at the discretion of the MMP. All products will be supplied by the contractor.

Since the proposed need for these services are contingent upon conditions and elements beyond human control (i.e. climate, temperature and weather), the DEEP makes no guarantee to the frequency of use of this agreement.
