Interested Vendor Question and Answer
Question: What are the Reliability and Confidence requirements for the MSE?
Answer: Attachment #9 on the contract will specify this requirement. Intent is to have major characteristics be 98% reliability/90% confidence, and minor characteristics to be 95% Reliability/90% confidence. One acceptable demonstration of 0/1 pass/fail on a AAIE study for 114 samples on majors and 45 samples on minors.
