About this file
This memorandum from the 14th Flying Training Wing at Columbus Air Force Base outlines mandatory procedures for safeguarding Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) for contractors. Key requirements include completing DoD mandatory CUI training from MyLearning before accessing CUI materials, with training to be attached to solicitation postings for civilians unable to access the system. Contractors must sign and return the memorandum acknowledging training completion, and they are required to notify the Contracting Officer within 72 hours of any improper CUI disclosure. Potential consequences for non-compliance include retaking CUI training, debarment from the base, or possible contract termination, as determined by the 14 CONS/CC and CAFB Wing Information Protection Office.
