About this file

This document is a Cost Breakdown Appendix for a construction project at Columbus Air Force Base. The solicitation (EEPZ245434) involves renovating an existing 14 CS space in Building 730 to accommodate Sexual Assault, Prevention, and Response (SAPR) and Integrated Prevention Workforce (IPW) offices. The renovation scope includes minor HVAC modifications, fire protection updates, interior finishes work, lighting fixture replacement, and construction of a shared conference room and IPW storage room.

The cost breakdown template requires vendors to provide detailed pricing across multiple categories including bonds and insurance, mobilization, architecture and engineering design, materials, equipment, labor, and miscellaneous charges. A site visit is scheduled for 28 August 2025 at 9:00 AM CST, with mandatory pre-registration by 12:00 PM CST on 26 August 2025. Contractors must complete CUI Training and obtain special access to locked documents on SAM.gov. The project has a condensed performance period of 90 days, and proposals will be submitted electronically to the Department of the Air Force Air Education and Training Command.

GENERAL INFORMATION
The purpose of the requested information in the attached worksheets is to assist government personnel in the review and evaluation of proposals submitted by offerors. Offerors are reminded that the responsibility for providing adequate supporting data and attachments lies solely with them. Further, the offeror must also bear the burden of proof in establishing reasonableness of proposed pricing; therefore, it is in the offeror’s best interest to submit a fully supportable and well-prepared cost proposal that reflects the total cost of the project. The basis and rationale for all proposed costs should be provided as part of the proposal so that Government personnel can place reliance on the information as current, complete and accurate.
