Meal Time Matrix 68W CMT FY27.xlsx

This is a Meal Time Matrix spreadsheet that details catered meal requirements for the 68W Combat Medic Training (CMT) course conducted by the Connecticut Army National Guard at Camp Nett, RTI Dining Facility during fiscal year 2027. The matrix specifies meal delivery schedules for four separate CMT courses (001-004) running from November 29, 2026, through March 14, 2027, with each course accommodating 28 personnel. Each course follows an identical pattern: an in-process dinner on the first Sunday, followed by three daily meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) for approximately two weeks, concluding with an out-process breakfast on the final Sunday. All meals are specified as hot meals with defined delivery windows: breakfast 06:15-06:30 a.m., lunch 11:45 a.m.-12:00 p.m., standard dinner 5:15-5:30 p.m., and in-process dinner 4:45-5:00 p.m. The contracted headcount of 28 meals per service shows no modifications across any entries.
