RFP Attachment 2 Organizational Experience Matrix
In accordance with RFP Factor 1: Organizational Experience, complete and submit the following matrix to show the breadth, depth and relevance of organizational experience on Government contracts since April 2015 for the specified Key Areas. Four (4) total references are allowed (4 total, NOT 4 per task area). Cite at least one (1) reference for work performed by the Prime Offeror and no more than one (1) reference per Subcontractor. Cite references in the following order: work performed by the Prime, then work performed by Subcontractor(s).
For each Key Area, the offeror shall indicate experience by placing an “X” in the applicable column(s). The column width and depth may be expanded, as necessary.
