BLK 12/13 – The reports shall be due within 30 days of Contract Award. Revisions shall be due for any changes in configuration.

MIL-STD-882 may be used for guidance but contractor format is acceptable.

The reports shall provide, at a minimum, the following information, with items (1) & (2) in contractor format, for all materials generated by or used in the EFRCE “end item” product.

(1) Material identification as to type, quantity, and potential hazards.

(2) Safety precautions and procedures necessary during use, cleaning, maintenance, storage, transportation and disposal.

(3) A copy of Material Satety Data Sheet is required in acoordance with FED-STD-

313D with Change Notice 1.

BLK 14 – The report shall be provided by electronic means to the addressees in Block 14.

Copies shall be delivered electronically in compatible MS Office format or Portable Document format.
