BLK 12 - Submit RFMSS reports on a monthly basis after award.

BLK 13 - The Government requires 2 business days to review. The contractor shall deliver final 2 business days after receipt of Government comments.

BLK 14 - Draft copy shall be delivered in MS Office 2010 format to the requiring office.

Contractor’s format acceptable.

Data Item shall be delivered electronically. The format shall be in standard MS Office applications and in Adobe Acrobat (as appropriate). Data Item shall be maintained in the electronic format (organized ISO-9001fashion) in an electronic storage area, or on a secured Web page, and submitted through electronic mail, or as directed by the Government representative. If applicable, drawings shall be developed and delivered in Visio/Visionael. In the event of discrepancy between statements in contract references of Block 5 or this CDRL and the Authority in Block 4, contract references and this CDRL govern.

RFMSS utilization reports are generated directly from RFMSS reports module or RFMSS Ad-Hoc WEB site https://rfmss.belvoir.army.mil/adhoc/.

RFMSS reports will depict the training facility management functions: scheduling, collecting and analyzing actual range usage data, Comparison of scheduled and actual activities for each range, collect range maintenance data, collect downtime data, collect and summarize the Range/Training Facility information.

RFMSS reports intended for HHQs will include a cover letter written in accordance with the references noted below:

BLK 12 - Submit Service Level Report in accordance with POA&M.

BLK 13 - The Government requires 15 calendar days to review. The contractor shall deliver final report 10 calendar days after receipt of Government comments.

BLK 14 - Draft, regular, and reproducible copy shall be delivered electronically (format noted below) and posted to a contractor established and maintained website/integrated data environment. The contractor shall notify the Government of deliverable availability.

Contractor’s Format acceptable.
