About this file

This is a Government Responses to Industry Questions document for RFQ M0068126Q0020 addressing contractor inquiries regarding Emergency Operations Center (EOC) operational training support for the Marine Corps. The document clarifies key requirements including delivery of six training courses over the performance period aligned with FEMA guidance and Marine Corps doctrine, with courses expected to include ICS 300 and 400, IS-2200, G-191, E-0101, and E-0103 or comparable equivalents. Training will be conducted on-installation with approximately 25 participants per course, and position-specific training is required for four positions: Finance, Logistics, Planning, and Operations. A full-scale Unified Command exercise is anticipated with a duration of 4-6 hours, with exercise details to be finalized post-award.

Additional clarifications include that no specific format template is required for the Detailed Narrative submission beyond standard business formatting, resumes or CVs of all instructing personnel must be submitted as part of the Technical Capability volume, this represents new work rather than continuation of existing services, and role players will be supported locally for exercise facilitation. The work is being performed for MAGTFTC/MCAGCC under the United States Marine Corps and encompasses contractor-provided subject matter expertise, instructional services, planning support, and exercise design related to emergency preparedness, response, and recovery operations.
