About this file
This document contains a set of questions and answers related to a federal contract opportunity for Social Media Analytics. The contract is for the U.S. Marine Corps Forces, Pacific (MARFORPAC) Communication Strategy and Operations (COMMSTRAT) to establish access to a comprehensive social media analytics and monitoring service. Key details include:
The contract will be a firm fixed price award focused on best value to the government, not a lowest price technically acceptable approach. The work will be performed virtually, and the service should provide sentiment analysis and customized reporting formats such as PDF, PowerPoint, Excel, and HTML. The target audience includes U.S. domestic, foreign domestic, regional allies and partners, and regional competitors, with monitoring and analysis required in multiple languages common to the Indo-Pacific region. There is no incumbent, and the government will consider foreign subcontractors, though certain restrictions may apply. Offerors are not required to follow specific formatting or page limitations for their technical capability statements.
