6 PWS 13 3.2.7 The PWS states that “the draft training package shall be delivered to the Government within 30 days from review assessment report completion.” Would the government clarify which review assessment report it is referring to?

The feedback to the individual Marine taking the 360.

7 PWS 13 3.2.7 Would the government clarify “deliver training per session for government personnel;” approximately how many training sessions is the government envisioning?

Reports encompass requirements listed in the PWS 3.2 Task 2. Based on SLINs 0002AA through 0002AT provide at least 250 and up to 1,000 year based on SLINs structure.

The amount of respondents is unknown.

There will be 5 sessions. Anticipating less than 50 per session.

17 The RFP mentions that all deliverables are to be completed “within 30 days.” Could you please clarify whether this timeline refers to:

a. Task 1 – project kick off and execution activities (including delivering/managing the 360-degree assessments), along with development of the QCP report

b. Task 2 – provides 4 lines for each FY (FY25 Aug 1, 2025 – Sept 30, 2025, FY26 Oct 1, 2025-Sept 30, 2026, FY27 Oct 1, 2026-Sept 30, 2027, FY28 Oct 1, 2027 – Sept 30, 2028, and FY29 Oct 1, 2028 – Sept 30, 2029). Task 2 also includes the development and delivery of the final training documentation.

c. Can contractors assume the assessments will be done in phases to accommodate all participants (250 leaders)?

If the Contractor Performance Assessment Reporting System (CPARS) exists, does the Government still require a past performance survey for past performance references (PPQ)?

52.212-1 Addendum 2.4.1 states, "The Quoter should provide at least three (3) references demonstrating relevant past performance to demonstrate the quality of performing the same or similar services within the last three (3) years".
