Non-compliance with any of the provisions herein may lead the Government to determine that an Offeror’s proposal is non-compliant and may result in removal from the evaluation.

1.9.6 Deliverable Unit Price Matrix Tab (Attachment 2)

1.9.6.1 Unit prices proposed (Tab: Deliverables Unit Prices Matrix in Attachment 2) for this effort shall be fully loaded (cost and profit). 1.9.7 Initial and Sample Task Order Pricing Tab

1.9.7.1 This solicitation includes requirements for initial and sample task orders used as the Total

1.9.7.2 The Offeror shall provide a price proposal for the initial and sample task orders based on the unit prices proposed under the Deliverables Unit Pricing Matrix tab, within Attachment 2. Rates per unit proposed at the task order must match the rates included under the master IDIQ.

1.9.7.3 The initial task order pricing included in the pricing template will be used to award the minimum amount guaranteed by the IDIQ. Prices used for this and all future task orders shall reconcile with the unit prices proposed in the IDIQ.

1.9.8 The Government reserves the right to incorporate all or part of the successful offeror's proposal into any contract awarded according to this solicitation. In the event of any conflict between the successful offeror's proposal, incorporated into the contract awarded according to this solicitation, and any other portion of the contract, the conflict shall be resolved in favor of the contractual terms provided in the

Government's solicitation. However, in the event that the successful offeror's proposal exceeds any solicitation requirement, it will become the minimum or threshold contract requirement.
