The Government will not be looking for a fully finished facility at the time of the site visit. The Government will be looking for a viable plan to build up to full operational capability (FOC).

Based on para 1.4, does the government anticipate award on or after 1 April 2022? This is less than 120 days before the Pilot course and does not permit a significant amount of time to acquire the materials described on Page 52 Para 5.5.2

Government anticipates contract award during the third quarter of FY22. The dates for Pilot/001 is the Government's current best estimate but can be subject to change.

Revised Para. 4.2. No hyperlinks are permitted. Pictures are permitted in the proposal submission and can be embedded within the proposal as they are referenced.

The Government intends to review all proposals received in accordance with the evaluation criteria stated within the RFP.
