About this file

This document is an Ordering Guide for a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) covering parts, maintenance, and repairs of Lightweight Tactical Vehicles (LTVs). The BPA is a pre-priced agreement established between the government and a contractor, with neither party obligated until an authorized call order is issued and accepted. The ordering period runs for three years, from May 15, 2026, through May 15, 2029. The BPA has a total ordering ceiling limit of $150,000.00, with individual call orders capped at $25,000.00 each. Only items listed on the attached BPA Price List may be acquired under this agreement.

Call orders are issued via email by authorized BPA callers and paid through Government Purchase Card (GPC) by authorized 621 CRG GPC holders or 87th Contracting Squadron Contracting Officers, with any credit card fees waived by the vendor. For call orders not exceeding $10,000, an Authorized BPA Caller may use a Certified/Planning Form 4009. Orders exceeding $10,000 up to $25,000 must be coordinated through an 87th Contracting Squadron Contracting Officer. For repairs over $10,000 up to $15,000, the contractor must submit a detailed quote with estimated time and cost, which is then subject to a fair and reasonable price determination before proceeding. Delivery tickets must accompany each call order and include vendor name, BPA number, purchase date, call number, itemized supplies or services, quantities, unit prices, extensions, delivery date, authorized caller name, and receiving person. Price lists must be submitted annually and updated whenever prices change or new items are added, with modifications accomplished by an 87th Contracting Squadron Contracting Officer. Either party may unilaterally cancel the BPA with 30 days' written notice.
