Offsite maintenance is maintenance that the subcontractor performs that requires the Fire Engine to be out of service. The subcontractor must perform all of the Fire Engine offsite maintenance at the subcontractor’s facilities. When the subcontractor is performing offsite Fire Engine maintenance, the Subcontractor must provide a replacement, onsite Fire Engine in kind, that has the same performance specifications.
