1.1 Brief Overview of Business Operations
I started a vending machine business in 2016 after I bought a small route. Since then I’ve expanded and grown. My brother, mom and also full time employee currently help run the operations. We have a warehouse where we pre-kit all of our products before stocking the locations. I’ve had to learn how to do my own repairs and diagnostics over the years. In 2020 I started moving vending machines, safes and toolboxes for myself and other vendors. When it comes to heavy items it’s where I personally have focused on and excelled.
Our vending machines accept both cash and major credit cards, providing maximum convenience for users. Additionally, we offer micro market services, transforming breakrooms with self-checkout kiosks that provide fresh food and snacks to enhance workplace productivity.
Through years of operating a vending machine services business, we have gained extensive experience not only in the installation, management, servicing, and stocking of vending machines but also in their repair and transportation. Our expertise allows us to handle all aspects of vending machine perations, ensuring that machines remain fully functional and well-stocked for businesses, including dealerships, schools, hotels, and healthcare facilities.

Owning and operating a vending machine company has taught us what works best to have a successful location. The best advice I give vendors is to put your contact phone number on vending machines for customers to call. This allows the best customer service, ability to ask questions to understand any problems and create trust. Why I mention this is because by understanding what customers need I can properly set up and install machines and know what the biggest downfalls and issues will arise when placing a vending machine. With this knowledge it helps other vendors know what to primarily focus on to have a successful location.

Bryson Kearl has been working since 2020. Main focus is repairs and diagnostics, and keeping machines up and running. Bryson has gained vast experience installing and fixing our machines, he is on the field every week making sure the machines are in perfect working order.
Ryan Kearl has been working on machines and refurbishing machines since 2016. I would take old machines and make them operational and reliable. This helped save a lot of money and allowed expansion of the business. Since 2020 I’ve bought all the needed equipment to fixa machines. I am able to remove the entire door off from machines to get them to fit in elevators or doorways that are small. There hasn’t ever been a situation that I have not been able to complete a move. Clamshelling machines is important and knowing how to do so allows ease of movement. Removing doors of the building is a big deal as sometimes there are narrow hallways and machines wouldn’t fit.
I’ve been told many times that I make moving of the machines look easy. That I’m more professional.
That I am the best mover they’ve come across.
