JPPM Map, Directions to Maint (13).pdf

This is a site map document for Jefferson Patterson Park and Museum (JPPM) located at 10515 Mackall Road, Saint Leonard, Maryland 20685, showing directions to maintenance facilities. The map includes designated parking and maintenance areas at the facility and uses 2022 imagery from Google, the Commonwealth of Virginia, Maxar Technologies, U.S. Geological Survey, and USDA Farm Service Agency as reference sources. The document appears to be a reference guide prepared by D. Papadakis to assist contractors and visitors in locating key operational areas at the museum site.

This site map serves as a supporting document for the Elevator Maintenance and Inspections contract opportunity at JPPM. Contractors responding to this solicitation are required to attend a mandatory prebid meeting, and only those attendees will be considered for award. The project requires contractors to provide all labor, equipment, materials, parts, and services necessary to perform preventative maintenance on all elevators and lifts at the museum facility, as well as conduct annual testing and inspections. JPPM offers preference to Certified Small Businesses (CBS), including Small Business Reserve (SBR) and Small Business Preference (SBP) designees, as well as Veteran-Owned Small Business Enterprises (VSBE).
