If sent to a Waste-to-Energy Incineration Plant then list separately and do not include in recycled amount.]
[provide costs for transport, tipping fees, labor, equipment and any other applicable fees incurred as part of disposal.]
INSTRUCTIONS: The Contractor shall create an Excel spreadsheet to be used as a solid waste disposal report per Paragraph 1.10 SOLID WASTE MANAGEMENT REPORT of Section 01 57 19. For each waste, the report will state the classification (using the definitions provided in this section), amount, location, and name of the business receiving the solid waste. The reports shall be submitted electronically and shall be in a Microsoft Excel file with a separate worksheet for each month.
