About this file

This is an antiterrorism awareness pamphlet created by the JB MDL Antiterrorism Office to provide contractors with guidance on security vigilance while working at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst. The document outlines contractors' role as "force multipliers" in maintaining base security and reporting suspicious activities.

The pamphlet details five Force Protection Conditions (FPCON) levels from Normal to Delta, with corresponding security measures and access restrictions. It provides specific guidance on what suspicious activities to report, including surveillance, security testing, supply acquisition, and terrorism financing. Key reporting procedures are outlined, including providing contact information to security forces and remaining at location until contacted. Emergency contact numbers are provided: 911 for landline calls on base, (609) 754-6001 for cell phones, and the 87th Security Forces Squadron for reporting suspicious activity. The document emphasizes awareness of surroundings, recognition of authorized personnel and vehicles, and vigilance regarding surveillance activities both inside and outside the base perimeter.
