About this file
This document is a Past Performance Questionnaire for the Architect of the Capitol (AOC) related to a Murals and Paintings Conservation Program solicitation. The questionnaire is designed to capture detailed performance evaluations from previous clients, focusing on key contractor performance metrics such as delivery schedules, quality control, pricing, labor and safety standards, project management, and overall corporate conduct. The evaluation uses a rating system ranging from Outstanding (O) to Unsatisfactory (U) across 16 different performance categories, with space for detailed comments and explanations of ratings.
The related federal contract opportunity (Solicitation AOCSSB26R0003) seeks contractors for conservation of murals and paintings in the United States Capitol Building and other legislative facilities. The solicitation anticipates up to two Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts, with awards based on best value to contractors actively registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). The procurement will involve nine attachments, with specific details outlined in Section J, attachment J.2 - Instructions to Offerors and Basis for Award.
