About this file
This document contains a wage determination and a solicitation for aerospace testing and facilities operations and maintenance services. The wage determination sets the minimum wages and fringe benefits for employees of the contractor performing services in support of NASA at the Ames Research Center in California, as established in the collective bargaining agreement between Jacobs Technology, Inc. and three labor unions. The solicitation seeks proposals for operation and maintenance of aeronautics and exploration technology facilities at Ames, including wind tunnels, arc jet facilities, and a sensor lab. Services include testing, facility operations, maintenance, repairs, and administration. The facilities support research from NASA, other federal agencies, and commercial entities. The resulting contract will provide high quality testing programs and continue development of test articles, data systems, sensors, and test techniques.
