Frequency for Administrative – Standalone / Remote Offices
The chart is unrestricted and CAN be changed to your specific location.
Administrative tab is a template. Customize to your SSC Office requirements.

How to CUSTOMIZE the FREQUENCY CHART:

* Name/Ident & Address of Facility (Top of Chart)
If facility has additional buildings associated with it, list them with facility name (if included on same frequency chart).
Example: XXX Air Route Traffic Control Center (ARTCC), Resident Engineer Trailer, and Training Trailer.
*Operational Hours – these are the operational hours of each facility.
If 24x7, list 24x7. For less than 24x7, list operational hours (i.e. 6am–10pm/16x7)
For Administrative – list hours the office is normally populated (i.e. 6am – 4:30pm)
*Timeframe to clean Operational Area(s):
Identify specific hours/timeframe that Air Traffic can normally support tasks that may impact operations (dusting, vacuuming, mopping, etc).
These types of tasks only occur once per day.
