Contractor personnel shall comply with 29 CFR-1910.1030 and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) recommendations when they are performing work where they may be exposed to blood or other potentially infectious materials.
The Contractor shall ensure personnel performing work where they may be exposed to blood or other potentially infectious materials are trained on the hazards of the cleaning chemicals used in the workplace in accordance with 29 CFR 1910.1200 OSHA’s Hazard Communication standard, 29 CFR 1910.1030 Bloodborne Pathogens, 29 CFR 1910.132 Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), and the proper disposal of bio-hazardous waste.
Cleaning agents used shall be EPA approved for use against COVID. A list of EPA Approved products is available at https://www.americanchemistry.com/Novel-Coronavirus-Fighting-Products-List.pdf.
Surfaces shall be cleaned prior to disinfection, as instructed on the disinfectant manufacturer’s label. The Contractor shall ensure adequate contact time for effective disinfection.
The contractor shall be available 24/7 and shall respond within 2 hours of notification.
This pricing is per call per location and includes changes of PPE for all breaks, all materials as well as bio hazard disposal. Pricing also includes recommended air scrubber while cleaning is taking place. A service shall include supplying occupant with a 14 day supply of products; which includes toilet paper, paper towels, disinfecting wipes or a spray bottle with an EPA registered disinfectant and 13 gal size trash bags. Contractor shall not enter rooms at any time.

The Contractor shall ensure personnel performing work where they may be exposed to blood or other potentially infectious materials are trained on the hazards of the cleaning chemicals used in the workplace in accordance with 29 CFR 1910.1200 OSHA’s Hazard Communication standard, 29 CFR 1910.1030 Bloodborne Pathogens, 29 CFR 1910.132 Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), and the proper disposal of bio-hazardous waste.
Pricing is based on how many individuals are in quarantine. The first person is $2800 and each additional person up to 8 is $75pp for the entire two weeks and then if greater than 9 there will be an additioanl $150pp over and beyond the base price of $2800. 1st Person Per additional person Per additional person

All soft goods with fabric will be sanitized, cleaned and or shampooed. Air scrubbers will be used while cleaning is taking place. and units will be fogged upon entry and again upon completion. No re-entry for 4 hours.
