This document is a Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) exhibit for a Department of Juvenile Justice (DJJ) solicitation, detailing a comprehensive program seeking a service provider for a youth residential facility. The solicitation establishes specific compensation and professional standards, including a minimum mandatory hourly wage of $19.00 and minimum annual starting salaries for mental health and medical professionals ranging from $50,000 for non-licensed mental health staff to $85,000 for a Designated Mental Health Clinician Authority. The contract requires maintaining specific staff ratios, with potential invoice reductions for excessive staff vacancies.
