About this file

This document is Addendum #1 for Invitation to Bid (ITB) #PWD/241018 issued by the City of Ocala, Florida, for Southeast Section Stormwater Drainage Retention Areas Grounds Maintenance. The addendum extends the bid due date to November 7, 2024, at 2:00 P.M. and provides critical submission requirements for bidders. Specifically, bidders must upload the Exhibit B-Price Proposal exclusively in Excel format, and they must provide proof of FDOT TTC Certification and Florida Right of Way Pesticide License at the time of bid submission.

The addendum emphasizes that failure to comply with these requirements will result in bid rejection. Bidders are required to use the exact Excel format for the price proposal, and without the specified certifications and licenses, bids will be considered non-responsive. The solicitation is for stormwater ground maintenance services in the Southeast sections of the City, requiring contractors to provide labor, equipment, tools, and materials for professional maintenance of drainage retention areas.
