About this file
This is an Intent to Award document associated with multiple state and local contract opportunities in Georgia, involving the cities of Alpharetta and Brookhaven, and the Griffin-Spalding School District. The primary opportunity involves the City of Alpharetta's solicitation for a complete Headless Content Management System (HCMS) website platform designed to organize, structure, and label content for efficient user navigation and task completion. The solution must be built on current technologies and support scalability and security capabilities for a growing organization with integration requirements for existing city systems. A pre-bid conference for the City of Brookhaven's On-Call Contractors for Demand Services was held via Zoom on February 15, 2023, with questions due by February 20, 2023, and proposals due March 7, 2023, at 4:00 p.m. EST. The Alpharetta HCMS proposals were due April 13, 2023. The Griffin-Spalding School District issued a separate sealed bid request for School Nutrition Miscellaneous Large Equipment for various schools within the county.
No estimated contract value, contract term, place of performance, evaluation criteria weighting, or incumbent information is provided in the available documentation. The solicitation specifies that only companies with extensive experience delivering future-forward web solutions specific to local government entities will be considered for the Alpharetta opportunity. Brookhaven required proposals to be submitted through the Bonfire Hub portal, with submissions in other formats such as email or fax not accepted. No funding sources, set-asides, or renewal options are identified in the provided materials.
